Be the first person a customer meets at Goa's largest interior experience centre. Guide walk-ins across 40+ brands, follow enquiries through to a closed order, and help more people find us.
What you will do
- Welcome walk-in customers and guide them across the brands on the floor
- Follow up on enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and QR campaigns until they close
- Keep every lead current in the CRM, from first contact to site visit to conversion
- Book and coordinate site visits with the design team
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers and contractors
- Support campaigns and social content that bring people into the centre
What we are looking for
- Confident, warm communication in English, Hindi and preferably Konkani or Marathi
- Comfortable following up consistently rather than waiting for the customer
- Organised with records; you will own your pipeline in the CRM
- Interest in interiors, design or building products
- Two-wheeler licence useful for site visits
Experience
1 to 4 years in retail, showroom or B2B sales (freshers with the right attitude considered)
