We keep product, brand and pricing information as accurate as we can, but ranges, finishes and availability change with the manufacturers we carry. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price.

The investment calculator and any figure described as an estimate are indicative only. They are meant to give you a sense of scale before you visit. A binding price comes only from a written quotation prepared for your specific measurements, materials and site conditions.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve stock or a price. A project begins when we have both agreed a written quotation and its terms.

Please give us accurate contact details and project information. Design work depends on it, and a measurement taken on site always overrides one supplied to us.

The text, photographs, layouts and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent.

Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and appear because we display or supply those products. Their appearance does not imply that they endorse this website.

Project photographs show work we have carried out or displays in our experience centre. Materials, finishes and lighting vary, so treat them as illustrative rather than an exact specification.

Applying through the careers section does not create an offer of employment or any obligation to interview. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a resume beyond what a role requires.
