We only collect what you give us. There is no advertising tracker, no analytics product and no third-party marketing script on this site.

• Enquiry and consultation forms. Your name, phone number, email address, the area you live in and the project details you choose to describe, including any floor plan or photograph you attach.
• Job applications. The contact details and resume you submit through the careers section.
• Page views on our QR pages. Our printed QR codes lead to pages under /connect. We record which of those pages was opened, roughly when, and general device and connection type, so we know which printed material is working. This is counted in aggregate and is not used to build a profile of you.
• Server logs. Standard web server records kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a design or quotation, arrange a site visit, and stay in touch about the project you asked us about. Job applications are used only to consider you for the role you applied to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The public pages of this site do not set advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is set only when a member of our staff signs in to the internal enquiry system, and it exists purely to keep that session signed in.

If you choose light or dark mode on one of our /connect pages, that preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

The WhatsApp button opens a normal chat with our business number. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms, and we see them as we would any other message from a customer.

Enquiry and customer records are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably expected relationship with you, because a kitchen or bathroom often comes back to us years later for service. Job applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Enquiries are stored in a private database that is not reachable from the public internet. Access to the internal system requires an individual account, staff can see only the records their role allows, and every change is recorded against the person who made it.

Write to hindustanmodularconcept@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will, without needing a reason.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
