Panjim splits into two very different jobs. In Altinho, Fontainhas and Campal the constraint is the building itself: fixed openings, older plumbing runs and rooms that were never laid out for a modern kitchen. In Dona Paula, Caranzalem and Miramar the constraint is the plan you were handed, a compact apartment kitchen where every centimetre of storage has to be argued for.

For heritage and older properties we spend most of the design time on what can be worked around rather than what can be moved. For apartments, the answer is usually vertical: tall units, pull-outs and corner hardware that turn dead volume into usable storage without extending a single run of counter.

It is worth the drive once. Seeing a full-height pull-out actually loaded, and opening the same drawer from three different hardware brands, settles questions that no amount of comparing specifications will.
